The Department All-State Program is designed to recognize outstanding VFW Posts and
Districts for their participation in all VFW programs, with focus on membership recruitment
and community service. The mission of
the VFW is to serve our communities and the Department All-State Program is a way for the Department to recognize and say thank you to our involved membership.
