Dann Todd
Judge Advocate - Marines

Dann Todd currently serves as the Judge Advocate for the VFW Department of Michigan.  He was elected to that position at the 107thState Convention on June 13, 2026.   He is currently a life member with over 33 years of continuous membership and support for the VFW.

He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1984 through 1992 as an avionics technician in support of the OV-10D Bronco and A-6E Intruder.  He received the Southwest Asia Service Medal and Kuwait Liberation Medal (Saudi version) for service in Desert Storm.  He left active duty as a Sergeant.

In 1993, Dann joined VFW Post 823 that was formerly located in Jackson, MI. He served that Post as Trustee, Quartermaster, and Jr. Vice Commander along with other committees.

He later transferred to VFW Post 10194 in Grass Lake, MI.  He served as a Commander for three years and currently serves as the Adjutant.

Dann currently serves as the Quartermaster for District 6 and has served as the District Adjutant in past years.
