Welcome to the Department's Mental Health Wellness Program page. Thanks to the C of A at last June's State Convention with the passage of this new recognized program we can now make strides at helping our Veterans throughout the department while helping reduce mental illness barriers that bring our brothers and sisters to take their life or have a crisis that impedes on their well being.
